I forgot my password
There is no email reset. Mail us the username and anything that proves it is yours (approximate signup time, Instagram handle on the profile). We will lock the old password and help you set a new one.
How do I delete my account
Email goreste90@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my ThisCrush account" and your username. You can also hide yourself from Discover in the app while you wait.
Gems did not arrive
Purchases go through Apple. Stay on the same Apple Account, reopen the app, and write to us with the username and purchase time. For a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue Apple refunds ourselves.
Someone left a post I want removed
Use the flag control on the profile or post in the app. For urgent abuse, email us the username and a screenshot. We can remove content that breaks the Terms.
A share link did not open the app
Install ThisCrush from the App Store, then tap the link again. Links look like https://thiscrush.web.app/u/yourname. Long-press the link in Safari and choose Open in ThisCrush if iOS offers it.
